VIKAS

From first enquiry to years of running

The same team configures, builds, installs and supports your Vikas machines.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

Tell us what you make, the compound and the output or mould size you need, on WhatsApp, by phone or through the quote form.

  2. 2

    Configuration

We don't sell off-the-shelf machines. Each one is configured to your compound, product geometry, output target and line layout, including how it fits with equipment you already run.

  3. 3

    Manufacturing in Palghar

Your machine is built in our own 9,000 sq ft factory in Palghar, by the family business that has made rubber machinery since 1995.

  4. 4

    Installation & commissioning

Our team installs and commissions the machine, and plans the work around your shift schedule to keep production disruption to a minimum.

  5. 5

    Operator training

We train your operators on the new machine as part of commissioning, so your line reaches steady output quickly.

  6. 6

    After-sales service

After installation we stay on call for service, optimisation and support.

See it before you buy

Plant visits to our Palghar factory can be arranged, so you can see machines being built and talk to the people who will build yours.

We have served rubber manufacturers as a family-run business since 1995. Ask us and we can connect you with existing clients running similar applications.
